Seeland Park Announces Its Fall Tour of Homes – Sunday, September 29

(Grinnell, IA – September 13, 2019) Seeland Park, an active 55+ Life Plan Community located on the east side of Grinnell, invites the public to its Fall Tour of Homes onSunday, September 29, from 1:30 to 4:00 PM.  Seeland Park currently has two residences listed for sale as well as five lots available for anyone interested in building their perfect retirement home! On September 29th, attendees will be able to tour one of the single-family homes in the building development between Maple Street and Second Avenue that will eventually include 13 single family homes (basement optional) with 2 or 3-car garages.  

Those who attend the Tour of Homes will see a variety of floor plans and home sizes, including a single-family home, three large duplexes, four small duplexes and a one-bedroom duplex. The two open homes currently listed for sale include a 1,250 sq ft duplex with two bedrooms and a 1,050 sq ft. duplex with one bedroom and an extra-large walk-in closet. In addition, the following Seeland Park residents will open their homes for tours:  Bob & Janet Ryan at 713 Pinehurst Drive; Waldo & Rita Walker at 823 Maple Street; Marie Hotchkin & Bob Kellogg at 816 Aspen Drive; Joan Milburn at 824 Aspen Drive; Darlene Goodrich at 815 Turnberry Drive; Bob & Sandy Falck at 824 Lincoln Drive; and Shirley Hanssen at 920 Seeland Drive.
