This family fun run winds through the streets of Grinnell offering participants a 3k or 5k option. The whole family is encouraged to participate. Each participant, including children, are required to register. Please note that the race contains areas of community traffic. All children must be accompanied during the race.
5K Fun Run & 3K Walk
Cost: $10/participant
T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register on or before October 25.
Participants can pick up their race day bag between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 9.
Online registration is open until November 8. Day of race registration is available Saturday, November 9 between 7:30 and 8 a.m. at Central Park in Grinnell.

Fuel up or recharge at Central Park with delicious breakfast options before and after the run/walk! Purchase coffee and baked goods from Saints Rest Coffee House , or stay fueled with hydration drinks, energy bottles, snack/meal bars, and protein balls available from Uptown Nutrition in Grinnell.
A free-will donation pancake breakfast will also be provided by Grinnell United Methodist Church.
