Grinnell, Iowa – The Grinnell Area Arts Council is now accepting registrations for its Arts Academy classes being offered during the Summer 2015 term where a number of courses will have enrollment caps.
For parents with toddlers and preschool-aged children, two classes are available. Jen will also be leading ST-ART (Stories + Art) which will incorporate children’s literature to inspire new artwork each day. Students will also make a collaborative class book at the end. The class will meet July 28 and July 30. Both courses will meet from 10:00 am – 10:45 am.
Students in grades K-6 will be sure to find plenty to like in Kaleidoscope of Arts which will combine art, music, and science into one exciting program that will meet June 8 – June 12 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Students in this class are asked to wear clothing appropriate to paint and play in. Be sure to stop by for the performance party on June 12!
