An Inside Look at the Grinnell Farmers’ Market

Learn more about the Grinnell Farmers’ Market from Kerri Olson, owner of Olson Garden Market, at the UnityPoint Health®– Grinnell Regional Medical Center Foundation’s upcoming Senior Education Program on Monday, August 5. 

Olson will share an overview of our local farmer’s market including what items are available, market hours, how to become a vendor and different special activities at the market.

Olson has been growing her own vegetables and operating Olson Garden Market for nine years. She will share her story on how Olson Garden Market started, the produce they grow and their community involvement.  

This program is free and open to the public. It will be held at 10 a.m. in the Drake Community Library, with refreshments beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Parking is available at the Drake Community Library, along Park Street, on Fifth Avenue and in the First Presbyterian Church parking lot.
