WANTING TO APPLY FOR A PASSPORT?
The Poweshiek County Auditor’s office accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passport Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Auditor’s office, main floor, Courthouse, Montezuma. No appointment is needed! Passport pictures are also available at the County Treasurer’s office for $10.00. Passport forms, fees, information on how to apply and more can be found on the poweshiekcounty.org website, under Auditor or by going toTravel.State.Gov.
