On October 1st at the Hotel Pattee in Perry, Iowa, Steve Langerud, Executive Director of The Mayflower Community (Grinnell IA), presented a portion of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) development session for the 40 participants in the 2019-2020 ABI Leadership Iowa program.

A frequent seminar and retreat speaker, Steve led the opening session with the incoming class of young executives, who are starting their nine-month program to develop leadership skills to take back to their companies.

Earlier in September, Steve facilitated part of the Association’s annual membership meeting.
