St. Francis Manor, Seeland Park & Hammond Center for Assisted Living celebrated the 26th Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day like champs while attempting to dodge water puddles and even a light mist by the end of the outdoor activities on Wednesday, May 29. Over 60 participants kicked off the event with a short walk around the Seeland Park campus which included a station for weaving through cones and a bag/ball toss station.
